True but think of it this way
%70 of the earth is made out of water meaning that it takes most of the worlds superheroes to defend only %30 percent of earth which is land. Also he is useful out of land. He has super strength and his suit is impenetrable. He also could open water portals in any of the seven seas meaning if he wanted to summon a giant shark inside the bat cave he could.
