Yeah, I mean really what it boils down to is you should take anything on the internet too seriously. People shouldn't be as*holes and we can tell them not to be as*holes, but there will still be a few out there that act stupid. So the best we can do is remember that no ones opinion matters accept our own.

ha no I use that face a lot when texting/typing.
My friends mom went through her messages once and thought I was talking about a drug. She didn't know it was supposed to be a face. >.<

I don't think so. It looks like the two cars are in turning lanes and if they're are turning then the light must be green. Meaning his light was red and it was his fault.
And considering he is walking away, instead of getting the SUV's info, he knows it's his fault and doesn't want to be held liable.
