Romeo and Juliet is also a fictional story, which adds a layer of detachment that you don’t get in real life. It’s easier to look at suicide/tragedy in books and movies and see it as poetic or beautiful, but in real life the pain of losing someone you love overshadows any “poetic-ness” to the point that there’s really no comparison.

It looks like they’re just eating the skin to me. Although I guess I wouldn’t be surprised if that was a live snake. Some large crickets eat small fish.
