I agree with Rosa... I don't think anyone that young should be given lethal injection... get her in to a mental facility until she's 18 at least, she's young enough to learn new behaviors, to be rehabilitated. At ten you can still be saved. Have her caregivers prosecuted for negligence. She's a murdered but she's only 10
