I did some research and found out that wine can last between couple of years to decades depending on the quality. Shelf wines are not made for cellering so it will turn to vinegary taste after 1-3 years while fine wine can last decades when stored in cellars with temperature of constant 13celcius. It's recommended to age wine slowly in cooler temperature but can be stored as high as 21celcius without much negative impact. Wine can expand and break seal/ bottle by freezing if it's too cold and cook if it's too hot turning into raisiny flavour.
On a side note, opened bottle of red lasts about 1-2 weeks and white lasts 1-3 so use it before then for optimal taste!
