Imho it wouldn't be as much of a problem of drinking was further explored in the home. I drank with my father as a teen in Germany and I learned my limits, I knew when I was at the point of being "fun drunk"and when I was at the point of too drunk.

Actually the winds aren't blowing hard enough to cause the bullet to come back at you, it's more like when someone shoots a shot into the sky in celebration as far as danger goes.

Honestly I can almost guarantee they didn't see it that way. My younger sister always complains when she visits me but in most of the situations she's the asshole but she doesn't see it like that. When somebody "bullies" you it's usually related to something you've done as well. I was bullied horribly in high school I know.
