Faith is about deny evidence because you don't like it and you are confusing the correlation with causation. Just because good things happened to exist alongside religion doesn't mean religion is the cause. You are trying to imply that beauty cannot exist without religion which is simply not true.

2.) Yes, the absence of acceptance can lead to war but religion causes this. Simply look at how religion views women, gays, and other religious people. Religion supports acceptance among only itself and hatred among everyone else.

It seems you believe that unless you know everything then you know nothing. You seem to hold that unless you can prove there is no god then it exists, however that is simply not true. As for the first claim, I do not need to know everything to know certainty. I KNOW that a four sided triangle cannot exist without knowing everything. I also don't have to know everything to know that there are no unicorns or dragons as Earth mythology claims. Allah, Yahweh, and countless other gods CANNOT exist by their very nature in the same way a four sided triangle cannot exist. These are not reasons but they are excuses to try to get around the burden of proof.

Everyone is out to win an argument - that's why people comment on things like these. The problem is that nobody has ever actually beaten me in an argument on this website. It is expected as the people on this site tend not to be advanced theologians which I usually argue against. It's a bit of a shame to be honest.

As a side note, if you are truly looking for truth then you would be agreeing with me a lot more as all my arguments are truthful. Most of my arguments tend to be about the existence of god(s) - which has been debunked by thousands before me and anti-feminism - which is more of a logical debate.

Were you by chance talking about my humanity? It was shattered at a fairly early age which I believe not to have been early enough as remnants still remain. Not everyone can agree with me on some topics as they are a huge emotional debate that most fall prey to. Emotions are bad to have.

Do I automatically hate Christians? Not at all - their default respect is lowered but it can be countered by other means such as usefulness. My first girlfriend was a Christian, we met at Church (I went because it was a temporary escape from the-bastard-who-abused-my-mother) and we dated for about a year or so.

In a completely opposite direction, I respect ISIS by default more than most Christians. At least ISIS actually follows their holy text. Not only do most religious people lose respect for being religious but also for not properly following said religion. If my daughter wanted to be a Muslim fine - and I'll treat her exactly as the Quran says she should be. I actually plan on teaching any children I find myself having to take care of about all religions - primarily, in the form they should be regarded, as bedtime stories.

I was raised baptist but quickly learned it was bullshit by the time I was nine. I didn't even know that other people didn't believe in god until four years later. At the age of nine I found so many inconsistencies that it shocks me that older people cannot even see one. I don't think ALL religious people are stupid. I know MOST are. Those that have never been exposed to reality are ignorant but those who have been and still follow a religion are stupid. If you believe a magical sky fairy exists then that makes you an idiot. Nothing lowers my respect for a person like knowing they are a theist - I tell my mother that her belief in Christianity means I can never truly respect nor see her as an equal and I do the same with my sister.

Not a single shred, a minuscule amount, of evidence points towards a god or any kind of supernatural. Nothing good has ever come out of religion that could not be done in a better way. Religion is a parasite on the human brain constantly filtering out reality and replacing it with sky fairies.

There IS a uniform currency - in a way. In the same way that one bear skin is worth 5 rabbit skins. It's called the exchange rate. Although it isn't exactly a currency you can use - it's an abstract one - it is still universal.

Some people have the ability to take off the lens of god which let's them do real science but those people are an exception and, by default, their word in controversial subjects are worth less due to the likelihood of them lying in some fashion. It'd be like asking an oil company about the dangers out climate change - they are too biased to give an accurate statement. Even if the said person isn't biased the likelihood that they are is too great to take them at their word.

Certain sciences can allow theists but most cannot. Your religious beliefs in zoology mean shit. They don't interfere with your job. If your an astrophysicist then you may be able to do your job as long as you don't become like Newton - complacent with inconsistencies and just put god as an explanation. But things like paleontology cannot have your biases. Your biased opinion of the creation of the Earth will change how you view evidence and may bring you to inaccurate conclusions.

When you bring god into science then it is no longer a science. Everything you do will be seen through that lens. Dinosaur fossil? Made by the devil OR is only 4000 years old. Dark matter? Duh, it's god - now let's go eat dinner. People getting sick for unknown reasons and dying? Well, god works in mysterious ways. When you bring god into the science it is no longer science.

It sure as hell works better than bartering. With bartering, you can't always get what you want/need due to you perhaps not having what the person who has what you want wants. Perhaps it would work if you changed items into something universal. Maybe instead of taking an deer skin to the grocery store, you brought it to a bank of some sort and exchanged it for something of universal worth that everyone would accept.
