The point this post misses is that you will never ever be able to definitively say "I'm not racist" and have it be true. It is a constant learning process. If you decide that you're not racist and that anyone that accuses you of being racist is reaching, you've effectively closed off your mind to learning more and getting better and understanding the experiences of people of a different race.

Good point. I'm a lesbian and literally have never tried to do something creepy in a woman's bathroom. A Trans person is even less likely to considering they typically like the opposite sex.

I live in a big city. The window on the wall my bed is up against in my apartment faces the alley and i constantly hear loud dramatic fights between drunk couples in the middle of the night. Also, the garbage truck comes Friday mornings at like 7 AM and is so loud. Friday's are my only day off. City life :(

You're on the wrong side of history, my friend. I don't really give a shit because all the Trans people I know have been using the bathrooms of their chosen gender for years now and none of you guys have noticed. Because they don't bother anyone. But, ilke2surf, if you want to start pulling down people's pants in the bathroom to make sure they have the correct genitalia, go ahead. Just ask yourself who really needs to be afraid of who in the bathroom.
