Technically speaking, there is no president or prime minister or whatever in Lebanon. So in a way no one is running it so it's possible for the U.S to not have a president.

I once had that problem so when it came to presenting our PowerPoint I only wrote my name and when the teacher asked why their names weren't on there i told her because they didn't do any of it. Needless to say they were embarrassed and the teacher failed them.
