Yes she could of waited, but that's not the point. They sister was right, the lady shouldn't demand and take something for the waiter, and she shouldn't use her kid as an excuse to come first. She needs to learn her own manners. Maybe after that happened, she learned her lesson. The lady might if done that everywhere, So good for the sister for doing that.
