Gotcha. Word of advice, for your really hard classes, those that not matter how hard you study, or how many hours you spend, you still struggle with the subject... try to get some of your classmates into some sort of study group. It's a lot easier. Most realize do this once during junior year (cuz at that point you basically knew most of the people in your major), after that they'll wish they had done it semesters ago. Actually, do that for all your classes.
.
What some of us did was that on weekends, we'll usually go to the student lounge our department has, and study there. Some of our classmates would be there too; eventually, we started asking the others questions about what we didn't understand, like "does someone here know how to work this particular diagram?" or things like that.

It's not that bad once you find the right things. What you really like. That goes for organizations too.

I have worn pajama pants to campus before. No one cared, and every day I see a handful doing the same. For finals week, if it's winter, I go with an oversized sweater and my pj pants... if I have to sit through hours of testing in a cramped space I better be as comfy as possible or I'll probably murder the proctors for even looking at my general area.

Oh, my post wasn't directed to you (sorry ir you thought it was), I was merely clarrifying there's not much correlation between having a star, and having been here for a long time. And if you think something has been here before, a little search hasn't really killed anybody; if you wanna accuse someone of reposting, I wanna see a link, basically.

Lately, you don't have to have been on fs for too long to get a star. But darkmoon has been around for a while, at least for a couple (several) weeks at least.
Also, do some little search maybe? Just search some words related to whatever you wanna post and see if something comes up.

If I were feeling particularly vengeful, I'll use itching powder instead. Glitter can be annoying, but it probably won't compare to the satisfaction to seeing the other party scratching themselves raw.

...Because a lot of the vitamins and minerals and proteins your body needs cannot be absorbed by just eating veggies, and some of them are not even found in veggies.
You're not going to die, probably, but you're going to get really sick if you suddenly decided you wanted to be vegan (or gradually, whatever), not only because your body is no longer getting some of the stuff it needs, but also because more often than not, the calorie count usually tends to go down if you decide to cut off all the meat products from your diet. Anyone how has tried a low-cal diet will tell you how unpleasant can be the first days after they stopped consuming the calories they were and decreased those a lot (say, going to a 1300 count after being consuming 2500+)... and that's eating meat; now try imagining NOT having it. If you do that, you're going to have a bad time. If you've been doing it for a while, it's more likely your body is vitamin/mineral deficient. So SPEAK to a specialist before you go vegan

I hope his friend has an entire cabinet filled with dietary supplements, otherwise I'd hate to be him when he collapses and his health goes to shit. Unless he's going to the doctor to get massive dosis of everything his body needs, otherwise good luck to him.

... Doesn't make sense either, because the calendars are more likely trying to say how old is the earth, but they are all using different references. Because Christianity is using the reference point as the death/rebirth of Jesus, whereas Judaism is using the moment Adam was created... but the one on Science is saying how old is the universe. (and I have no clue about the others) So nothing makes sense so far, and nothing is related.

I believe they are trying to explain how old is the universe according to certain religions... the problem here, however, is that Christianity acknowledges the Earth (and by extension the universe) is between 6000 and 10,000 years old.
