That awkward moment when the United States doesn't have an official language. I mean, the land started off with multiple cultures speaking multiple languages. Then, other cultures came and simply added themselves to the melting pot — languages included. What's so different about it now? Just because one race has become the majority in the country, it doesn't mean the rest of us have to learn their language. Why not have them learn our languages? Maybe then the United States can truly represent the beauty of having so many different people from different origins.
