The trick is to start small, go to the shop, have a shower, do some housework, then gradually build up so eventually you can meet up with friends or go to work (or whatever you personally struggle with). It's not easy and you will slip up and still spend days hiding in bed, but it is possible and it will make you feel better.

It's nothing to do with jealousy. These guys come to London from Saudi specifically to flaunt their obscene wealth over the rest of us. We should be welcoming boatloads of refugees, not these dickheads.
