Hahahahaha what a joke. our valley is evicting thousands of people every month from landlords all over are doubling their rent.
$2,000 a month to rent a two bed apartment (with 5000 down up front)
OR $1200 mortgage+tax+insurance on a house with $0 down……… I think we all got a little confused at one point…..
