Hahaha that’s funny!! I’m green-friendly, so not everybody finds it so “prude” hahaha! But nah, I wanted to do Univ. but we went everywhere else. Lots of small children 8 and under, so we were limited.
This photo was from smugglers run, which I’d say was my favorite ride. The engineers went on strike after fixing the Millennium, because my 8 y/o failed to fly properly.

There must be something to admire about a man who would bear his greatest fears and pains, to avoid “failing” the people they love most. I’d say it’s more selfless than we realize.
.
And while we’re on it - I share this because I hope anybody who sees this feels like no difficulty comes without value. Life is unfair. Life is a bitch! But life is made to shoulder as a team. We’re never truly alone, there’s always someone out there who cares and can help. Keep fighting, because tomorrow is worth it. I almost lost my daughter and wife, and it I hadn’t held on Id never had held them again <3

Purely for argument, I want to offer a dissenting opinion.
.
My father is combatting a butterfly glioblastoma, which is arguably one of the most volatile cancers humans can fight. The treatment is “scrape out tumors and hope you wake up.” Meanwhile it’s literally destroying your brain, taking your life and wrecking your body with rads/chemo. He’s lost sight, taste, mobility, so why?? “Because cowards opt out, Dustin.” he says it’s cuz he promised my mom forever, and “by golly he’s gonna give every tooth and nail to be sure when I face my God I can say without doubt that I lived and loved to my last breath.”
.
To him, it’s a promise to my mother, and his beliefs. To others it’s fear. To me, it’s a righteous stand to say that the sun WILL rise, and despite the pain and hardships, we fight, because we are human. We are the elite, and he feels it’s on man kind to act like it.
.
I respect self chosen with mental checks. I accept that. Suicide is never the answer though.

I do not take it as disrespectful in any way. I would agree with you entirely, actually, but I only mean it as a form of citation. I apologize for sounding uppity and “holier than though”
.
We’re also told there’s no pedestals - all crime and injustice is even, and all people are and will be treated as even.
I’d ask you for forgiveness in this rude format

It’s not. I was taught in master’s psychology that it isn’t. They teach understanding. Victims need to know that abuse isn’t their fault at all, or truly deserving of forgiveness if YOU DONT WANT. It’s genuinely about choice, because abuse is about control. Abusers apologize and reoffend on a daily basis.
.
Also, on the abuser’s side of things, it is not part of the process to seek forgiveness. In most cases it’s frowned upon to apologize. Reoffense and the lie of change, being one reason.
It’s also viewed as forcing or pressuring the victim into forgiving when they aren’t ready, or aren’t sure that they will forgive it.

I miss swap screens for games like LoD And FF7 that were too big, and you played through each CD one at a time.

I work in that specific field, I can answer that.
1. Money making.
2. We bill medical insurance. You’re told lies and myths from angry people in a bygone era.

I’d concur - I’m surprised by the number of gun/cannon/heavy warfare themed stuff there was. Artillery decks were some of my favorites, but though I wasn’t a long time player over the years. I still have Sacred Cards on GBA that I play from time to time, despite how easy the game is. Loved MTG too…
-
I generally choose to be the gun.
Lazier days, less enemies.
Now “Luger 9mm” is stamped on most 9x19 parabellum - but that pistol is where the name and cartridge came from iirc (Luger P08). I got my name from Killzone tho.
(“Para bellum” being latin for “…prepare for war”)
.
Just to give some perspective: it’s strange for a new gun, with unk ballistics to work SO effectively from minute one. Usually there’s issues to fix, and most early models wont see service for that reason. Im told the first made Lugers were undeniably great, and put into service immediately. I think .45’s are modern day retrofitted only, but I can’t confirm. I was sure they only came in .30 (1900) and 9mm (P08)
