I’m told they run the same Christmas commercial every year to use part of the advertising budget as bonuses for employees. I’d also imagine that Hershey’s advertising budget for the holiday season could be quite giganto-normous.

Not every state, judge, lawyer, or person is so understanding and forgiving. It’s a gamble with hope that they understand what you went through was abusive. They may say “it’s the process” :(
