Their are 2 things I put my money in: food and shoes. The best food I can afford (I buy organic) and the shoes must be comfortable and sometimes you pay for comfort but I truly understand where you're coming from. I don't put a whole lot of stock into where I buy my clothes; except I don't buy 2nd hand. That's just a person issue I have.

I agree w/mrscollector. Why not donate to shelters or call out the homeless? This is such a waster of good food but I too haven't sunk that low. If you need to cut corners, do it everywhere else except the food you put in your body.

It does happen. My sister fell when she went to the restroom in the middle of the night and didn't turn on the light. Her husband didn't put the seat back down.
