This was years ago but a man took me out on a dinner date. Afterwards he suggested to see a movie which I paid for. He looked at me and said "Oh, a modern woman; I like that". It wasn't about being modern or hip; it was just the right thing to do in my opinion but that's me. I do that with my friends as well.

With everyone taking photos on their cell of strangers, I would like one of these.. I'm not a social media butterfly and don't care when folks post pictures that I've been included on FB or anywhere else. No, I'm not in Witness Protection or especially beautiful, just a pet peeve of mine.

Agree with GUEST..but I also think that 18 is way to young to require someone to sign up for the draft. If they keep it at that age, then you should be able to drink at that age. If they think you're mature enough to fight a war, then you should be mature enough to drink. I'm not advocating to lower the drinker age but to increase the age that one is 'expected' to sign up for the draft.
