I had a friend who I thought was really cool because I thought she was so "forward" with her thinking. Then I realized she's was heterophobic and racist against white people. She hated every movie that didn't have a gay character and would try to convince herself that totally straight characters were gay. It really started to wear on me, I noticed the more I hung out with her the more cynical and grumpy I became. It was like she was way overcompensating.

I do this where I'll get really horny and look at some weird porn (nothing super crazy but pretty dirty) and just wonder how the hell I got there after I'm "finished"

This is hilarious and I don't want to be a buzzkill but people can use weed way too much. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, in fact I do it every now and then on some weekends to relax and unwind. Here was my thought process after seeing this (during finals week): 'Oh that sounds like it was almost taken from the Dark Knight quote," then I thought "wait Christopher Nolan directed inception and dark knight so it wouldn't be copying." THEN I realized that just because it's a picture of Leo in a movie doesn't mean it's inception, and in fact this was taken from Shutter Island. I need sleep...

You have no idea how much that needs to happen. Recently my uncle was wrongly accused of inappropriately touching one of his 5 year old students. Of course local news channels jumped all over it and his face was everywhere, despite the fact nothing had even been proven. Eventually he was found innocent, all charges were dropped, and his record expunged. But because it was so highly publicized he was still fired and will never work with kids ever again. He had been a teacher for 20 years (I grew up with him in my life and the very thought of this disgusts me to no end) it ruined his life.

I'm so sad that he's gonna stop making these after YGS 100 :'(

There's something at my school called gentle Thursday and Friday where all classes are cancelled and they bring in masseuses and puppies from a local shelter. Pizza is also half off on campus that week. The only thing is that you have to sign up way ahead of time to get in.

I work at a nursing home where I take a cart of snacks around and I actually enjoy making it look nice. It drove me nuts when I was training someone and they just threw stuff on there with out thinking.

One time my sister and I were home alone and when my dad came home (earlier than expected), he was trying to be sneaky and quiet because we were supposed to be asleep. Well my sister freaked out and called the cops because she heard footsteps and thought he was a burglar. We both hid in the bathroom (I was way too young and didn't even know what was happening). Long story short the cops come, pull a gun on my dad, and are getting ready to take him in until we came out of the bathroom and told them it was our dad. It was a mess but we laugh about it now.
