You can disagree and that's fine. You should be aware of the fact that you are wrong but disagree away if that's what makes you happy.

There's variance within the norm (mostly accounted for by height) but some people reach a point where they are so far outside the norm that it can't possibly be unintentional.

No because I walk at a normal speed. If I try to walk at an abnormal speed it takes effort. If I practiced walking at an abnormal speed enough I could theoretically reach a point where it was no longer a constant effort to walk that speed.
