Just like any damn job on the planet that doesn't require fame, the judges don't need to be known by the masses in order to be qualified for their job. You are saying 'I'm assuming you know the judges cuz you said that they know what they're doing'. That implies that if I don't know who they are, I cannot say that they know what they are doing.
