Also, I'm pretty sure the kanji numbers *are* preferred, as, yknow, that's their language. They DO use Arabic, but I'm pretty sure they prefer kanji :p

See, I study the Japanese language, and haven't really dabbled in the culture all that much (outside of Bowing.) I figured they would learn kanji numbers first, then Arabic. It just seemed like it made sense. granted, numbers in kanji get huge quickly (3,012 is 三千十二, which is pronounced sansenjyuuni.)

@eternal1 thank you for calling me a weeaboo. I'm actually learning Japanese as my second language, and have never seen anime before. It surprised me that they learn Arabic first, so I simply asked. I didn't realize this would happen.
