Flatter shoes are better sometimes than a high arch. It really matters on buying shoes that DONT bend in the middle where your good doesn't bend. Brooks NB. Nike bend bad. And it makes your foot hurt often as well as pulling tendons. Especially if you stand a lot for work.

Becoming a parent just leaves less time for you, because you're spending more time and effort on the BEST part of you. And most are literally no makeup (that extra effort) and obviously time passes in each pic. Everyone looks different as they age. And when you start having kids you get tired lol.
