Well if we are talking about "success" I mean Jay-Z has 11 number 1 albums so he isn't the most successful. And although he is a lyrical genius, he isn't the greatest lyrical either so I don't think this claim is true either way. However, I do believe he is top 10 to ever touch the mic.
