Your logic makes no sense because there are A LOT of dog breeds with the capability to end you. Huskies, german shepherds, rottweilers, cane corsos, the list goes on. So in your logic, owning any larger dog is putting a shotgun in a toddler's hand. Train the toddler correctly. They are made to be trained. Dogs don't just randomly go "hm. I should murder my favorite hooman today because they treat me so well." I'm willing to bet that almost all cases are because the dog had a previous or current abuse record.

Any dog is dangerous if not properly trained. I've seen note vicious chihuahuas than pits. Pits just do more damage.
