And now from an unbiased viewpoint, the same story.
In America, there has been a string of incidents where white cops have used deadly force against black people, resulting in their death or hospitalization, with little to no penalty to the cop. People don't like that. So in protest, most have taken to the streets to get the word out about what's going on in these supposedly trustworthy police stations, and have been assaulted by police in riot gear to stop. Some of the protests are peaceful, and some are not.
Really, the type of protest depends on who's in it, and what they're really fighting for.

Great news, everyone. I know where it's from!
It's from a 84 minute movie called "Wonderbar", from 1934. Depending on your views, it can either be a break-out hit or a racist failure. These two suave fellows only play a small part, but if you do watch the film, you have the pleasure of seeing the bloke a little behind the couple giving a really fantastical look and announcing, "Boys will be boys!"
