I was willing to let things slide with Stark but then he mistreated Wanda, and then kept mistreating her, and I got angry. She's just a kid, desperately trying to get control of her powers. She's terrified and he thought the best solution was house arrest. A prison is still a prison.

Can I say the same the thing goes for Scott Lang? Think about it, in Ant Man he said he's done screwing around, he's gotta be there for his daughter and stay out of prison, and then now he's putting his life on the line involving himself in this. It shows how desperate he is to fight the Sokovia Accords, he's willing to risk never seeing his daughter again
