The story: Casey (the man) found the bears abandoned by their mother, and decided to take them in. Unfortunately, only one survived. It was his job to train animals, so it wasn't very hard raising Brutus. After many years, they became best friends and "brothers". He became a member of the family. He was even the best man at his wedding. He made the bride a little nervous, but she was happy with the fact that he couldn't take him to a strip club. He was also allowed to sit at the table for Thanksgiving. And so on.
