Well yes, I understand that part. I was just trying to clarify the other things up. Also, I know I'm one of the people who are a part of those conversations, but I'm trying to change myself, but I still think it's rude to not respond to someone trying to have a conversation. I don't know, some people do it because on there are some posts saying "Admit something nobody knows about you" and it talks about suicide. People on here try to help out one another, which is why it's a good community. We enjoy talking to one another because who knows, some of the words we may be typing in acknowledgement could be saving their lives. Some only post their "farewells" just to ensure that nobody thinks that they may have committed suicide; because I personally, remember their usernames and truly think about them and wish the best for them. So some just do it to assure us they're okay, just that they're gonna be gone for a while and not to worry.
