I love this. Just goes to show how much thought was put into each story. Even little details like this are thought through.

I'm in college and I still learn new things about it. There are so many words, rules, and degrees of formality.

I'm waiting for the day that people are able to make a language that its rules are at least consistent.

You might be right there, but I think that our aversion from seeing guys in spandex and such is because we were taught that our privates were to remain private, and that our sexual feelings are shameful, and to be embarrassed about, even for straight, cis people.
~
Maybe it's as you say, and my views are a bit weird. When I think about space and the universe, though, it makes me wonder how we can't just embrace ourselves as we were born.
~
(I'm not saying clothes aren't to be thrown out, just that we use them with practicality, as well as to express ourselves. This is to say that if guys want to wear bras, spandex, or whatever, that it should be okay; just as it should be fine for women to wear pants, hoodies, or walk around topless when it's hot outside)

Are you saying that it will cause inflation, or that it should be raised because of inflation?

If it's hot out and a man wants to run around topless, he can without being arrested. With women, they are not allowed the same liberties.

Granted some might not choose to anyway because it might injure them physically, but just being able to have that option would be nice for all people
~
I mean, we're all born with bodies, why can't we learn to accept seeing them naked, and not just with sexual intent?
~
I'm probably just the odd one here

To the guest replying to my comment as to whether my reference was to be dismissed because of the fact that it is a comedy. Yes, it is. But it is done with a great deal of research, and is not done only to make us laugh. From the episode with the beauty pageant, you can see the amount of official documents they had to go through, and with their panel on the death penalty, it was far more serious than any of their shows. I get the feel as if it is the humor that is brought in only to make the news more palatable.

And addressing the phychology studies, there have also been the great debates between nature and nurture. Sure nature might cause us to have some more family-based characteristics, but the way that we are raised could have the same, if not greater impact on how we act. Just because men act one way and women another does not mean that they weren't raised that way.

What if we chose people to love based off of personality instead of looks?
Realistically a bit of both, but with more emphasis on personality .

People abusing a system to learn for free is a lot better than banks abusing the system to drain people of money.

There's an episode with John Oliver (under wage gap, or something similar) where he goes over this. Even women working as doctors lawyers, and CEOs are paid significantly less than the guys.

If you were to turn on the tv, take a history class, read a book, you would see a pattern of white males more consistently filling up roles of power and domination. Guys see this and feel pressured to be the strong, dominating figure; women and people of color see that they have no place in this, and so are less eager to fill those roles. Although some try to fight against the stereotype, most feel as though they are inadequate and drop out.
~
Even if you think that I'm making this up, at least try to see my points.
