Firstly, in marathons obviously there is going to be a greater time difference between competitors than in something like sprints. Secondly, the guy is pushing a fucking wheelchair, and ran a time of only half an hour under the freaking world record, and your enlightening comment is 'that's like 4 days to a real runner tho... lol' I would love to see you have the determination and resilience to go run that time while pushing another human being along with you.

That's the idea, she wanted to show what her fear was. That's why she photoshopped it, because it doesn't actually happen but she wanted to show it.
