I wanted to know as well so I did some searching. I've found that it's made by Mahmood Al Khaja and the picture is called "Ramadan 2" on his DeviantArt, but you can also find it on his Instagram.

This is most definitely not a symptom of depression and neither anxiety. It's probably just some stress combined with fatigue..or you're actually mildly sick but not enough to say that you're ill. Though if you get this feeling daily then it is likely a sign of depression
