Actually Isaac does not commit suicide but areas in the game,bosses and enemies (if not all) represent his imagination and he is struggling to stay hidden in his imaginary world (so called box) but there are things still connecting him to reality which he triest to escape from because it's so harsh especially because he feels guilty forthe problems in his family.This is just the base of the complex story.I can send a link to the entire one,the game doesn't actually have a story and it's up to you to interprent it and choose what is real and not but this is by far the most correct one (approved even by the developer).

Guest, I said I want to be a surgeon not that I will be a surgeon.Also where did you get those statistics from?I may not become a surgeon but I do plan to go to med school and become a doctor of some sort.I am aware it is difficult and requires patience,intelligence, skills ,passion, social skills, etc.I'm improving and I am determined to achieve this.Also the way you describe it is a bit too harsh and who knows,maybe I will be one of those 10%.Surgery is difficult but I'm intelligent and learn fast and I'm quite sure I'll manage.Also I where I live being a surgeon is not like doctor House or something where you have to puzzle what's the condition of a patient.I'm in highschool(best one in my country) so I'm pretty sure I'll make it through med school and continue learning.Also I don't have any idea what to do if I don't follow this path.Thanks.Now go do something productive.My usually pessimistic mind already told me it's gona be hard.
