The dark parts are very dark at the beginning because the intensity values are still linear, not in the srgb color space that screens expect. So it's just a matter of applying some 'gama correction'. What's very nice about raw is that there are more than 8 bits per channel. What is not nice about raw is that the number of software that does the mathematically correct thing with them is zero.

I'm honestly curious, which of the three is (are) body-shamed here? I guess it's Taylor since she's last on the pic, which makes her the punchline; but since I find Taylor incredibly pretty and the other two gross and repulsive, I'm confused.

Let's not get too cocky, though. Not every country is blessed with overpopulation and boring landscapes. I can cycle anywhere here because everything is densely packed and the country's flat; but if I were to move to the Languedoc I'd buy a scooter.

Argh yes, I never thought of it this way! We've got bike rails everywhere in the Netherlands; you're not supposed to be riding your bike then, but be pushing it.
