From what it sounds like to me she wasn't even close to giving this guy a pic, so that's probably not an issue. There is always the option of not sending pics to strangers on the internet. If she did and he did do something like share them on the internet, the argument could be made that she is at least somewhat at fault.

Why are there sooooo many of these posts.
