Apparently when she was 12 or so, my grandma got really sick. So sick the doctors said she wouldnt recover without a miracle. Her parents took her to a hospital an hour away from their village. My grandma slipped into a coma for three days. She woke up and heard a cat wailing at the door. She told her mother "my cat is here", but her mother just thought she was legitimately crazy. Later they found out that her cat really was there. My grandma had been away for a week and her cat missed her so much, she walked the road and found them all by herself. When they were finally reunited, she sat at my grandma's feet and snuggled close to her. She was so happy that she found my grandma that the cat refused all the food offered to her for a whole day. Tbh those are pet goals right there.
