I'm not for outlawing guns. I think you need a background check and a liscense (an earned liscense not a bought one) and if criminals buy one illegaly, then at least we did all we could to stop them. At lesst try to keep them out of criminals' hands

Again, it's no coincidence that the country with the loosest gun control laws have the largest number of murders/shootings. These laws would definitely help. They would not eliminate murder, but it would reduce murder.

It means no UNREASONABLE searches or seizures. Asking for a liscense while someone is carrying a glock pistol does not seem unreasonable

Not if you need a liscense to carry a gun, then you can be regulary checked. You could illegaly get a gun, but you couldnt legally carry it eithout being checked

Murder will definitely decrease if the amount of guns do. Do you think that one man would stand a chance in a nightclub of 103 people?
