Well, I really don't think capitalization compares to completely butchering a word. Regardless of your med school education, it is obvious that you still don't quite understand English. People like the above comments (because she wants to! Because she likes her body!) Are making obese people think it's ok to be obese. They are literally telling people that it's ok to be unhealthy, and that they should never try to change. This overly nice attitude is what is destroying the current generation. People should grow thicker skins and stop showering every bad action with consolatory compliments.

They aren't forced to pose, Einstein, they choose their job. If you sign up to pose for those kinds of photoshoots, you MUST know that you're gonna pose like a sex object, and if you don't, then you're an oblivious idiot.
