I think, just like any language, it also depends on how often you use it. Those who are Deaf probably speak it more often than those who aren't, and have (probably) signed since a young age, as such they are faster at it.

I agree with Lenny, they wouldn't bring the wolf into the operating room since there isn't any reason to. The real reason (probably) as to why the parents said no, is that they didn't want to trouble the doctors since they're often very busy. They just didn't want to bother the doctors.

Suzy gave everyone in her class a valentine's day card, except for Billy, who felt rejected since he liked her. The next day, he was the only one who showed up to class, meaning all those who got valentines from Suzy didn't show up. Since he is "reevaluating his feelings for her", the reader is to assume Suzy killed all her classmates except Billy.

People often refer to their kids as "The kids", especially when speaking to friends or other family members. Considering the fact this is on Facebook, the post is probably directed towards friends. As such, saying "the kids" isn't a mistake, but rather a generalization many people use.

The board says class is cancelled, but since no one speaks English (that's what they're there to learn) no one can read what's written on the board and thus don't know class is cancelled.

It's actually for the show or movie's rating. Exposed breasts can get a higher rating, so instead of being a G or PG rated movie it would be higher and reduce the audience size, and by association, revenue

Honestly, I think you should be permitted to eat during class as long as what your eating isn't overly noisy, doesn't give off a strong smell and you don't leave a mess.
