I had hoped that you were simply ignorant, but turns out that you are only quite rude.

People in the army wear necklaces with tags that contain their information on it (name, blood type, etc.) which are called dog tags. In this case, the dog tags do not belong to actual dogs, but to the milatary personnel who lost their lives.

This isn't discrimination at all. It's just computer error, plain and simple. An annoying and frustrating error, but nothing as extreme as discrimination.

No here's the original, with how they changed it in following releases and an alternative view of his knobby knees.

Yes, but then you might not meet the requirements and you'd have to return to school (or take extra classes) to get the needed credits.

I don't see why you were downvoted, I was thinking the same thing too. There's forgetting the world is round dumb, and then there's confusing boats and planes dumb.

I completely understand that, the first panel is perfectly fine and both were polite about it. He asked for the new phone, explained his mistake and THAT should have been it. The customer should have then said something along the lines of "Alright, thank you for your help" and gone about his way, but instead he asked the employ to "check the back" for something that isn't for sale yet. Even if the new phones are back there, the employ cannot sell them to the customer because they are not out yet.

He stopped being polite the moment he asked the employee to "check in the back for it". If it's not out yet, it's not out yet.

The arc in which the helmet lands would necessarily be the same as the arc in which it rose. The helmet fell at quite an angle, an angle that in no way corresponds to the one it was kicked in.

I've never been to Starbucks either, but I know that some coffee shops will put it in a ceramic mug if it's to dine in,

I think that's the genius of it. Whoever would write such a book would have to be incredibly creative and if well done, the results would be truly unique.

What you do is get them something immaterial. Either go do a special activity together, take them out to dinner, cook them dinner, buy something special to eat you wouldn't buy usually, have a video game marathon, watch their favorite movie together, or something along those lines. Not everyone cares for or needs material possessions, but everyone usually cares about their partner, so doing something together is a great solution.

Same thing happened to a kid who took a razor blade off a kid who was cutting himself in the bathroom. It's a right shame when we punish those who do good. It sets the example that you should keep your head down and do nothing.
