Well my argument is what healthy is cause I believe if it interferes with your life you are unhealthy. My dad like your dad was at the exact same position and he wanted to play ball with me. He got 10 minutes in and he had to sit down and could not play because he could not move all 300 pounds for more than ten minutes at that speed. No matter how much he wanted to he couldnt do it physically.
