no, it's the opposite of irony. Irony would be if a person who campaigned for helmets died because he didn't wear a helmet. This guy dying because he didn't wear a helmet was not the least expected; it was the expected outcome of his lack of use of a helmet

I get my friend to pinch/hit me when I say like inccorectly, but if i'm rambling about something and he just hits me because i said it, i get pissed (not thinking about our agreement).
