Once upon a time I got in an internet argument with an older woman about some stupid pointless topic, but because I was young, she thought my opinion to be invalid no matter how educated I was on the subject. She said my claims were "copied and pasted" which they weren't. They were facts that I pulled from beneath my own skull. She only assumed I was too young to know anything about the world. She assumed that because I was young I couldn't have my own opinion. I'm 17. I've been educated on the topic for a large majority of my life when it comes down to the numbers. I know what I'm talking about.
Us as the younger generation, we're stripped of respect because of how we act. However were we not raised by the generation that looks down upon us? Who's really at fault here?
I'm sick of the older generation. Old men dream up wars for young men to die in. Older generations say they know best, but what have they done to this country (USA)?

I don't understand how these people have jobs 0.o

There's a little thing in the natural world called.... natural selection. We have ruled out this in our safe, and sheltered lives. It basically means those with the lowest fitness (i'm not talking lacking muscle or something, but ones with the worst characteristics for their niche). Naturally, if these children were born with these defects they wouldn't make it if we lived with natural selection? So why should we continue to allow it? I was thinking about this earlier, and i'm surprised someone posted it!

This bird is on the cover of my bio textbook. When i got it, I went to everyone I knew, hiding the cover, saying "This textbook is very inappropriate for school, it has a booby on it," and then i'd whip it around and people would look confused or annoyed with my sad joke.
