Christopher Robin was going to tell Pooh he had to go to School tomorrow, but that he loved him and would be home soon. Unfortunately, because of Pooh's stalling, he had to leave a note instead. This gets misinterpreted by the gang of the Hundred Acre Wood and leads to the adventure at the centrepoint of this story.
