Okay, I have a lot of reasons I don't like kindles, but one is this.
When you've finished reading a book you can't lend your kindle to friends, and usually not to family members either, they themselves have to go out and buy the book a second time even if they're not sure they'll like it.

Especially when you get to the bit when the friends you have become emotionally invested in start dropping like flies.
