I heard recently on Japanese TV that instantly rising out of bed after waking up is not good, especially the older you get.

In Sweden 80% is water or nuclear power.
And according to Wikipedia 2018 "only" 27% worldwide was coal. If you mean fossil fuel and include oil at 34%, yeah, you get the majority, but coal alone, no.
