I think I watched this, she said she started feeling intense social pressure. One of her "challenges" was to ask a girl out and she said it was awful because you have to do all the work and the girl can drop you at anytime.

It's a phenomena we don't usually see as it usually only happens under extreme stress. The body is never using 100% of its strength cause it's main goal is to conserve energy, a really cool example is when this 19 yr old girl lifted a truck on fire to save her dad who was trapped under it. Of course you can still damage yourself but we are capable of extreme strength.
