It's not mean- it's pointing out the fact that the ad wants us to get the London look (a gap between our teeth) and this is basically saying how are we supposed to out a gap in our teeth

While I agree and think that she is beautiful when she smiles, "if u disagree u r" probably of the opinion that she isn't attractive (an opinion "u" are entitled to). Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so one can't say that she is for sure unattractive or attractive. That depends on who is looking. So no. If one disagrees with your opinion that she is pretty when she smiles, they might just not think she looks pretty. They aren't jealous. They just disagree.
