E=mc^2 is not the full equation. It doesnt represent movement.
E^2=(mc^2)^2+(pc)^2 would be the full equation as p represents the momentum of the object. m is the mass c is the speed of light and E is energy.
I guess you could call me a (_E^2=(mc^2)^2+(pc)^2_)
