The thing about the 78% stat is, it doesnt factor in the fact that women tend to choose lesser paying jobs.
Teachers are mostly women, they dont make much. If you could pay a women less, why would anyone hire a man. Also, if a women rapes or sexually/physically assaults a man, the mans claim of her assaulting him will be disregarded, as men are supposed to just "be a man and suck it up"
